One record, five stages

Pending First the field office encodes the grant and links it to its proponent.
Approved Then the approval date and the amount are set.
Implemented Next comes turn-over, with the cheque and OR details.
Liquidated Within 10 or 60 days of turn-over After that, group projects liquidate before their deadline.
Monitored Last, a field visit confirms the livelihood is running.

Enter the turn-over date and the liquidation deadline sets itself: 10 days for LGU-associated proponents, 60 days for everyone else. Overdue projects rise to the top of the dashboard and the bell.

Deadlines counted for you

Staff get an email when fieldwork is assigned or moved, the day before it and on the day. A missed visit is followed up after one, three and seven days.

Reminders before every visit

NOCFO, NORFO and SFO each work only on their own province’s records. The regional office sees all three. A record’s province is set once and never changes.
